SFFS Women Filmmaker Fellowship

The SFFS Women Filmmaker Fellowship supports female writer/directors working on their second or third narrative feature through a combination of financial support, programs, mentorship, industry connections and a growing community of fellow filmmakers. Beginning with three writer/directors, the program will over time expand to fund a total of seven writer/directors (Bay Area and non Bay Area based) per year. Future years will also include a prize of $50,000 (The Disruptor Award) to provide financial assistance to one Fellow and a senior mentor with the next phase of the project. The SFFS Women Filmmaker Fellowship is by invitation only.
