A Chilean by birth who grew up in Texas, she graduated from the University of North Carolina with a BA in media studies and production. Having completed internships at both the Film Society and the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, Cox found a home in San Francisco as staff for the SF International Film Festival in 2007 and 2008 before joining the Film Society’s fulltime staff. |
